      ====================
      Confirmation that the descendants of this family in Canada are related to this John is based on a number of clues but the most conclusive is that daughter Agnes b1844 is staying with her aunt Jane Sample in Northumberland in the 1861 census. This Jane Sample is definitely this John's sister Jean b1805 based on reviewing the 1841 & 1851 censuses.
