There are entries for five other, different children on the two pages. I have written below the data as it shows up on the original document for Alfred Houliston. The same type data is filled out for each of the three Houliston children. Alfred's as an example:

2.He has became a naturalized citzen in NY,NY on June 19, 1894
3.He was attended by Issac Jones, M.D. from 27 April 27 1903 to May 2 1903. He died on May 2, 1903 from chronic
bronchitis, asthma. His Certificate and Record of Death stated:he was 79 yrs old,was a widower,occupation-caterer, born in
England,in this country 50 yrs,his father's name was James Houliston,
He stated onhis marriage license (to Sara Jane Johnson Mulvany) that his mothers maiden name was Elizabeth Lovejoy.
