      Text: The marriage of Miss Nancy Lee West to Ensign Allan LeRoy Griffith U.S.N., took place here this evening in Holy Trinity Protestant Episcopal Church. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Wellington West, Jr., of Shelly Bay. Ensign Griffith is the son of Mr. and Mrs. P. LeRoy Griffith of Montclair, N.J. Miss Frances Ann Smith was maid of honor. Richard A. Griffith was best man for his brother. Mrs. Griffith was educated in Bermuda. Her husband is a graduate of Princeton University. The bride is the graddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Russell Soverel of Montclair and the late Mr. and Mrs. West, Sr., of Bermuda. Ensign Griffith is the gradson of the late Mr. and Mrs. George V. Salle and the late Mr. and Mrs. Percy L. Griffith, all of Montclair.

West, Jr. Funeral services will be held at Home for Services [Arthur K. Brown, Inc) 56 Park St at Clairmont Ave., Montclair, on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment Rosedale Cemetery.

Soverel at age 51, living in a home which he owns and values at $12,800, located at 105 Elm Street, and working for wages as a 'Salesman' for a 'Wollen Manfacturer'. Russell L. Soverel is not a veteran, but he does own a radio set, and was born in New Jersey of parents both born in New Jersey. Wife Annie F. Soverel is age 49 and was born in England of parents both born in England, and is a 'Naturalized American' who first entered the United States in 1899. The couple married when Russell was age 30 and Annie was age 27, which was 21/22 years prior to the Census, circa 1908/1909.
