She never got to college and that always bothered her, so now she is helping those who find themselves in her shoes to do what she was never able to do but always wished she could have. Be a woman, 28 years of age or older 2. Have been abandoned by her husband or be currently single because she is widowed or divorced 3. Be a U.S. citizen 4. Be a resident of Broward County 5. Plan to attend an accredited college, university, or vocational school 6. Demonstrate financial need 7. Have an accumulated GPA of 2.0, if currently attending school
