He is survived by his fiance, Kim Dore; two children, Matt and Jaime Houliston; his mother, Ruth; two sisters, Barbara (husband Vince) Palmer and Betsy Houliston; an aunt, Mary Louise "Scottie" Houliston; a nephew, John Palmer; a niece, Katie Palmer; and special friends Josh, Jake and Jessica Dore.
