SMITH'S FALLS VOTERS' LIST, 1933 : "A" to "F"
Name Address Sub Occ J Status S PO
CORBETT, Adamina Lombard, 2, pt 041 HW mf mw SF
CORBETT, Jas. Lombard, J, pt 041 ImA o m SF
Status -- These two fields seem to denote occupancy and marital status, although for many women, both fields contain marital status, unless they are property owners. Can anyone sort this out for me so I can give the correct info here? The letters "t" seems to mean "tenant"; "o" and "own" are "owner"; "mf" and "mw" are possibly "married female" and "married woman" (why the difference?); "b" presumably for "bachelor"; etc.
OCCUPATION CODES
HW = Housewife
ImA = Imp. Agent
